The GridIron Defense Symposium maintains a controlled media environment to protect the privacy and security of all participants. Photography, video, and other media capture are strictly limited and permitted only with prior approval by event organizers. Any identifiable individual appearing in approved media must provide explicit, individual consent prior to use. Unauthorized photography, recording, or distribution of media is strictly prohibited.

While every effort is made to enforce these policies, attendees acknowledge that inadvertent or incidental capture may occur. By attending, participants agree to promptly notify event staff of any concerns so they may be addressed appropriately.

The GridIron Defense Symposium is not a nonprofit organization and is not conducting a charitable solicitation. Sponsorships, vendor fees, and ticket purchases are made in exchange for event participation and are not tax-deductible. After all event-related expenses have been satisfied, organizers may elect to donate a portion of net proceeds to independent charitable organizations.
